I'm a Canadian Chef who loves traveling the world and learning about new cultures through food and history. A country's cuisine can tell you so much about its history and people. My wife, Susete is a great baker, so our house is always full of great tasting treats! Our newest adventure is a temporary move to Portugal, Susete's homeland, to learn what it's like to live like a local and dig deeper into the cuisine, culture, and history (and future!) of this amazing and underrated country.
